These terms apply to the use of the website terahost.fi and its subpages (the website), operated by TeraHost Oy. By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website. Separate written agreements apply to accommodation services we provide.

2. TeraHost is an independent company

TeraHost is an independent provider of workforce accommodation. We are not an official partner, supplier, subsidiary or representative of any data center operator, developer or construction company, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them. This includes, among others, Nebius, Polarnode and Fira.

Names of companies and projects appear on the website only to describe where our customers work and which projects our accommodation is near. All trademarks and company names belong to their respective owners.

Information about data center projects, such as locations, schedules, phases and capacity, is based on public sources that we name on the project pages. Project plans can change, and we cannot guarantee that the information is complete or current. Please check the latest details from the project owner or the official sources.

3. Prices are examples only

• Prices, price ranges and savings shown on the website, including the accommodation levels, example homes and the savings calculator, are indicative examples. They are not binding offers.
• The final price is always given in a written offer. It depends, for example, on crew size, dates, length of stay, accommodation level, location, availability and the services you choose.
• Unless stated otherwise, prices are per person per night, for stays of 30 nights or more, and exclude VAT.
• Comparisons with hotel and short term rental prices are estimates based on typical published rates and may differ from the prices you would actually pay.
• Example homes and their photos show the type of accommodation we can arrange. The specific homes, distances and availability are confirmed in your offer.

4. Quote requests and agreements

Sending a quote request through the website does not create a binding agreement for you or for us. An agreement is formed only when both parties accept a written offer or sign a separate agreement. The terms of that offer or agreement apply to the accommodation services and take precedence over these terms. Our services are intended for companies and other organisations.

5. Accuracy of information

We aim to keep the website accurate and up to date, but the content is provided for general information only. We may change or remove content at any time without notice. We are not responsible for decisions made solely on the basis of information on the website.

6. Intellectual property

The content of the website, including texts, images, graphics, logos and layout, belongs to TeraHost Oy or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to the website for normal business use. You may not copy, republish or use the content commercially without our written permission.

7. Acceptable use

When using the website, you agree not to

• send false, misleading or unlawful information through our forms
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems
• disrupt the website, for example with automated requests, spam or malicious code
• collect data from the website by automated means without our permission

8. Links and third party services

The website contains links to other websites and uses services provided by third parties, such as maps and messaging apps. We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of third party websites and services.

9. Availability of the website

We try to keep the website available at all times, but we do not guarantee that it is uninterrupted or free of errors. We may suspend the website for maintenance or for other reasons.

The website is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, TeraHost Oy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as loss of profit, arising from the use of the website or from the inability to use it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law.

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy and use cookies as described in our Cookie Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when they were last updated. The version published on the website applies to your use of the website.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. We aim to resolve any disagreements through discussion. If that is not possible, disputes are settled in the South Karelia District Court (Etelä-Karjalan käräjäoikeus) in Lappeenranta, Finland, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
